We want every homeowner who reaches Swimmingeye Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Swimmingeye Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Email contact@swimmingeye.living and include:
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help as well.
