Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use apply to your use of swimmingeye.living and the services offered through it by Swimmingeye Septic. When you use this website, phone the number on it or send a form, you agree to these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Swimmingeye Septic Does

Swimmingeye Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct providers. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will achieve.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

Content on this website is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local health department.
